Cricket O Cricket ... Is there a sport more divine ? Be it a damp summer day at Lord's Or Eden Gardens bathed in sunshine Be it the huge concrete jungles of Oz Or the beaches on the Caribbean Coastline ...

You are not hinting that captaincy was crucial in this defeat, given the limited bowling resources Dravid has? (read as bowlers who can bowl a proper line at least). I feel it's actually a question for the whole BCCI setup including coach, captain, selectors, national cricket academy et. al. to consider.
Atul, agree with you and not with Rishi. I wouldnt want to fault Dravid too much. Just pointing out a statistic.
i guess time for saurav to come back as captain
Rishi: nice point about Sachin.
General:
Why do we want to waste a brilliant batsman under the burden of captaincy? I hope dravid realizes that as soon as possible and take the path of Sachin - just focussing on batting.
Sourav is still the best person for captaincy
