Whatever happened to Harmison, Hoggard and Flintoff (maybe Shane Bond if he is ever going to be fit)
if the selection is based on current form, afridi should be prefered instead of youhana;
since there isn't anyone in the ODI batting line up who can really rip the bowling apart (except tendulkar, that too only if he changes gears which is unfortunately a rare site)
hmm...far tar one day madhe thik aahe...this somehow doesn't look very aggressive team selection to me...I mean you need to gamble a bit to beat the aussies...eg go with someone like Pathan who may surprise with some early blows..I'll soon come up with mine...may go a bit pavgi way ;)

Harmisson homesick and out of form, Hoggard could be destriyed if wicket is flat and Bond completely match-unfit.
Well Id rather have a proper batsman than a pinch-hitter and you are wrong - there is 1 player who can rip the bowling - Andrew Flintoff.
Hmm ... pathan is an intersting idea .. hopefully he keeps fit and bowls well in the Australia series
