The first Ind-SL game begins in less than eleven hours. A lot has been talked about, a lot thoroughly discussed and analyzed. I'm not going to go into all that again. Here's for an exciting series and hopefully a new dawn for Indian cricket.

Hey what are your thoughts on the team composition for the first match. I heard about Dravid's annoucement that Gambhir and RP Singh will not make it to the final 12. In that scenario what do you think our playing tweleve is going to look like. I for one believe this could also be a masterminded strategy by Chappell to throw the tourists off-guard. There is indeed room to play RP Singh, although don't see how Gambhir could figure in the team right now. Would like to hear your views on this!
@anon Slighlty late on this but I thought that the composition was fine. There was a case for perhaps playing GG and SRT batting at 3 but this worked just as well
