The West Indies squad to tour Australia for the 3-Test series has been announced. The best part is the return of all the top players (Lara, Sarwan, Bravo, Gayle etal). Also encouraging is the comeback of Marlon Samuels which Tony Cozier finds 'interesting' and I find 'heartening' because West Indies are in need of his talent and flair (inconsistency and injury notwithstanding). Dwayne Smith has been retained based on his potential rather than performances. Jermaine Lawson has been given a thumbs-up and will lead the attack.
Once again we can only hope that the magic will be rediscovered.
